Fast break Add-In Drill

This is an alternative to the 3v2 fast break drill. This drill gives the coach and players a different fast break look/scenario each time a shot is taken giving the drill a "chaotic, game like" quality on both sides of the ball. After every shot another attack player (with ball) immediately challenges from the top of the 12 meter. You can add as many attack and defensive players in as you want. Clearing the ball

Transition starts with a good fast clear.
-
Defense must stay ahead of goalie if she comes out. Need to see threats.

Practice your full field clear without defense to see the flow then add.

Look to clear wide then bring the ball to the middle around 50/60 yards.

Push the ball up field with players getting ahead of the ball and diagonal passes on the move.

( DBS) Don't Break Stride

Look to attack the cage from the middle of the field if you are a player up.
